Pro Se Debtors may now submit Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 petitions via the Electronic Self Representation (eSR) tool. The court will accept Pro Se Debtor Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 petitions via the Debtor Dropbox until February 1, 2026. Beginning February 1st, Pro Se Debtor Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 petitions may only be filed electronically via eSR.
