Bankruptcy court offices will be closed in observance of the following holiday:

Presidents Day Monday, February 17, 2020

The Modesto Courthouse will soon be under construction to accommodate the US Probation Office and the Office of the US Trustee, both of which will share our space. We anticipate that construction will begin on January 1, 2020 and will last through May 30, 2020. During this time, all court hearings will be held in Sacramento.
