CHANGES TO BANKRUPTCY COURT MISCELLANEOUS FEE SCHEDULE On September 15, 2009, the Judicial Conference approved six technical changes to items in the Bankruptcy Court Miscellaneous Fee Schedule. The revisions to items 4, 6, 11, 14, 15, and 18 clarify application of certain fees or correct omissions in the language of certain fee items. There has been no change to any fee amount. The changes to the Fee Schedule are effective January 1, 2010. Click here to view the changed Fee Schedule. |

REVISIONS TO BANKRUPTCY LOCAL RULES Concurrent with changes in the national Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure and Federal Rules of Civil Procedures, revisions to the Bankruptcy Local Rules are effective on December 1, 2009.
