Bankruptcy Noticing Center Outage

The Bankruptcy Noticing Center (BNC) is experiencing a service disruption nationwide. This includes bnc.uscourts.gov, DeBN, bankruptcynotices.uscourts.gov, and notices.uscourts.gov websites and the National Creditor Registration Service website that supports CM/ECF access to address labels. BAE Systems, the contractor that services the BNC, is actively investigating the disruption and working to restore services but the interruption is ongoing. As a result, the delivery of electronic and paper notices has been interrupted, and the BNC is unable to provide noticing services to the courts at this time. The Court’s CM/ECF Notice of Electronic Filing (NEF) email system continues to operate normally and counsel of record in any open case should continue to receive NEFs via email. The court will continue to monitor the situation and will keep e-Filers updated by posting items under “Court News” at www.caeb.uscourts.gov and by email.
