Update to BNC outage
The court is informed that BNC services have resumed and that BNC is processing notices backlogged to October 7, 2026. In the meantime, GO 26-07 remains in effect pending further order of the court; however, parties receiving notice from the BNC in their case need not also serve notice under GO 26-07
GO 26-07 will be abrogated upon the completion by BNC of all backlogged notices.
