USBC-CAEB eFiling Training

The process of becoming an eFiler involves three steps.

    1. Reserve a seat and attend a training session.
    2. Bring your completed and signed registration form to the training session.
(You may mail the form in prior to training if you wish.)
    3. Receive your login name and password at the completion of training.

Training is offered approximately once per week in each divisional office, and occasionally in Redding and Bakersfield. Sessions usually last about 2 hours. Sacramento and Fresno can accommodate 10 users per session and Modesto can accommodate 3. Redding and Bakersfield can accommodate larger groups if required.

You may sign up for an open class up to 48 hours before that session. Sign-ups can be accomplished via email to the appropriate divisional office. To sign up, first click on the button to view the class schedule. Once you have determined the date, time, and location you wish to attend, click on the appropriate button to send a request to the proper office. You will receive a confirming email after your reservation has been accepted. The schedule is updated once per day, so there may be occasions when a class is filled by the time your request is processed. If so you will be notified so you can make another selection. Be sure to include your name and telephone number on all emails.
