Electronic Filing

The court provides two systems for e-Filing which are listed and described below.

Users will electronically file new bankruptcy cases, new adversary proceedings, motions, responses, objections, (proposed) orders, and all other documents except those listed in the Documents Ineligible for e-Filing, using the eCalWebFiling website.

CM/ECF allows the Trustee to file certain documents directly to the docket. Additionally, attorneys can file Proofs of Claim with supporting documents..

Before new filers are assigned an eFiling account that allows access to either system, they must complete the online computer-based training and the Registration Form and User Agreement listed below.

As an approved personal financial management course provider, you are able to file personal financial management course certificates directly with the court. You will need to register as a CM/ECF limited filer. Once the Limited Filer Agreement has been processed, a username and password will be issued.
